Design Build isn’t as ominous as it sounds. We build to others designs but we may also do the design and engineering in house. This delivery method is very common and has several advantages for the end user. We design with value engineering incorporated so the buyer can have confidence that the performance levels required are designed and installed with maximum value incorporated from concept to finished product.

Suppose you need a piece of production equipment connected. We would research the electrical requirements needed, determine the types and sizes of electrical components required and proceed with the installation.

Now suppose you wish to build an office building. We would participate in the concept and develop electrical systems needed to accommodate the core and shell building as well as future tenant needs. Conceptual and budget pricing develop with the design. We can offer suggestions to add value to the project and use our experience to make sure we stay within budget.
